OK, so I know lost of cities have a City bike scheme and so this does not make Vienna special.  What does make it special is that it is just the most perfect place for cycling with a whopping 1200 cycle lanes to whizz around on.  As a way of seeing the City, it is second only to a Fiaker (which I have yet to experience).. not for long though.  A good way to spend the first pay cheque?
